Every Monday, The Urban Phoenix will share images from talented “correspondent photographers” across our great state. These are photogs that not only love their craft, they have a passion for visually representing the beautiful things in our Upstate urban centers.

First Federal Plaza, which formally featured a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The building is now home to offices and is one of Rochester’s most distinguishable skyline features

The Genesee Gateway is a historic row of properties made up of several separate buildings, with the earliest completed 1845 and the most recent built in 2009. Genesee Street is one of the oldest and original main streets entering Buffalo through it’s east side
